Just Charts, No Chat

IMO, too often is a potentially good thread knocked off track by irreverent comments or users talking across one another. Moreover, in many instances these posts are by users who have plenty to say about Strictly Come Dancing, but little to add in the way of trading persectives.

I would like to set up a thread that anyone can read, but members only can post. I had imagined the guidelines of the thread to be something like:

* Only post if you are attaching a chart and your interpretation of it through annotations. This doesn't rule any members out, we all have a PC, free charts are available everywhere, and we can each use "Print Screen" and paint. It does, however, discourage "im eating beans on toast for my tea" or "stops are for losers" type comments. The crux of it is "Just Charts, No Chat".

* All approaches welcome: Technical Indicators, Candlestick, Point and Figure, Market Profile, whatever. The only condition is that you post charts and explain, and that's all.

* I will not encourage live trading calls to be made. I will encourage honest appraisals of a chart and it's interpretation - i.e. arrive at a view with the evidence available - if the evidence changes, then review your position. I do not want posters to be wary of posting their view on an instrument for fear of being wrong (hence no live trade calls, just "say what you see").

* Membership will be granted to all who accept these conditions - recall all can view the thread, but only members can post.

Might sound a bit heavy handed, but I really would like to see a thread full of posts that actually show something, rather than the clichés that get spouted by one and all and taken as good quality posting. I would like the ethos to be something like "post charts or p*ss off" - doesn't matter whether you are right or wrong, but only post if you have something to show, be it a MA crossover / Divergence / Candlestick pattern / whatever. Again I emphasise that I don't want the thread to be about making trading calls or speculations (this, I fear, will put people off), rather than about explaining your view and the evidence for it. Exclusively that.

Attached I enclose two examples of what I have in mind - both are of the Bund, my Intperpretation of the evidence, and what position I arrive at. Attempts have been made for similar threads in the regular forum, but all too easily are these smothered by witty banter or coffee table conversation.

Not sure how or where I go about this, would appreciate your guidance.
