Porsche AG to SE

Many, many years ago I bought some Porsche paper bearer certificates (mainly because they were pretty and looked good on the wall). I still have them and have claimed the dividend every year from Porsche directly. I'm pleased to say they are worth a bit more now than when I first bought them. Trouble is, the shares are now all at risk.
This year Porsche decided to change its name from Porsche AG to Porsche SE and do another 10:1 share split.
My problem is that I can't find any UK bank or stockbroker prepared to handle the paper bearer certificates. Porsche are quoted on the Frankfurt Xetra exchange and their share split is being handled by Commerzbank. Even High St branches of Commerzbank in Germany don't seem too interested in paper shares anymore, despite Porsche still recognising that my shares are still legitimate and valid. Oh and they've set a deadline of 5 December to complete the conversion, after which all the old shares will become void.
Does anybody know how I can get such shares transacted, or if not, what organisation in Germany might be able to help me protect my investment?
