Live Real/Time Broker Upgrades/Downgrades...

Hi there,

I've asked this question before, but never got an answer. I just wanted to know where I can get live broker calls from. The likes of ADVFN Streaming News dont seem to release these.

Am i right in thinking that something like Bloomberg or Reuters is the way to go for this sort of announcement in real time.

ps. ultimately, it's not that i want to trade the news, it's more that i want to know in case im in the midst of a trade and such broker upgrade/downgrade will impact upon it.

I'd certainly love to know this too. Not sure if there is any tool that will do this though

Brokers release upgrades/downgrades in a staged fashion, for the most part. First they tell their customers, then they release it to the press. It will show up on newswires like Reuters, but normally the stock has already started moving.

i get mine from GNI, unfortunatley it's not in real time and i get them 7:30 in the morning, would be good to be able to get them in real time.
