What makes you say this? Whats it based on?

ave tru range past 3 days 26.25 the open 1269 + 26.25 move 55 day moving average 1302,it still needs pass yesterdays high of 1288.75 and the day before that 1291.I have also got my eye on crude oil.I got in 1263 so i will be looking at getting out verysoon.
