Saxobank Serious Faults

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Saxo Trader stopped me out of a trade with no stop being hit and at a loss of about 35 pips EUR/GPB on Friday 1/8/2008

They have refused compensation.

Here are the extracts from Saxo email.

Order 90261972 should not be triggered.

You called us to report this error. My colleague in Demark called you and informed you that we would cancel the position for you due to our fault on this.:

We are sorry for the wrong filled (for order 90261972) and we have revised for you asap.

Deal with SAXO at your own perril

Yo dude,

(kiwitrader).

We spoke back in jan of this year on traderchat. Hows it going, apart from the saxobank saga.
Just wondered how you've progressed and if my old posts were of any use or if your using a different approach ect.

Hey Lee,

how are you?
Your posts have helped me alot. I also followed you here. call me your cyber stalker. Have been doing really well. I still use VP but only as a tool, its been good to me and VP. i think when one spends so much on solfware they think they are buying the holy grail, for sometime i went into buters remorse...lol. I did not sign into any forums as the information overload did my head in. Started doing the hard yards by reading and studying which is on going. now i am back to looking for a multi trading platform system user friendly.

i am presently looking at GenesisFT, but still need to go through a brokers platform to execute. The live tick data and analysis is excellent so far.

VP gave me a huge win on a gold warrant, 21/12/07 was the long entry, cleared over $100k. FX has been a bit harder, my goals are small $100 per day, trading the news reports and country economies etc. keeps me living here in Thailand.

I will never forget one thing and is my opinion means nothing and my system is always right. Stick to my rules.

great to hear from you.

Good to here your doing well. As the saying goes, 'you get out what you put in' and you've certainly done that.

Look forward to seeing you around.
