I use a visa internet shopping card ! to fund my spreadbetting accounts , but there is problem about this , i can make a refund to the card yes but i cant cash the money from the card unless i move the funds from the card to moneybookers then i make bank transfer to my bank account ! . And the maximum deposit allowed at moneybookers by visa card is 2300 $ only at any 60 days . Do u guys know a way to cash the funds from my visa internet shopping card ?
