Guide to Verse Forms - Haiku

The simplest definition is that it is a three-line poem with syllable counts of 5, 7, 5, no rhyme and no particular metre. For example:

Real men will eat quiche
If it can be smothered with
Tomato ketchup.

So, let the games begin...
