Reasons to NOT trade in precious and industrial metals sectors...?

Basic materials, especially precious metals and industrial metals seem to be the "hot" industries and have been since for couple months now.

I just entered into a huge position with EGO last Friday when this stock dipped under and back up through it's 9-day EMA.

So far it is paying off.

Any thoughts?
