Have used Tradestation 2000i for several years, (using DTN sat. for data), but recently have had difficulty w/ Global server. Copied 5 segments of user password before de-installing Global server, then attempted to reinstall from my cd, but password is not "valid". I'm NOT a computer wiz by any means. Does anyone know how I can resurrect my password (40 characters) so I can again use this program for trading? The Omega company has not been supporting 2000i for several years, so I have little hope from that sector. Any ideas, suggestions? Thanks. kuvalanka

If you have a genuine copy and even though Omega are not officially supporting TS2000i, I would have thought they would provide you with one. Have you tried contacting them ? Also even though you uninstalled the program, when I have done this in the past the password remained intact. Can you post any screenshots of what you are seeing ?
