Identifying this Chart

Hi all,

Need help identifying this specific charts as I have been using this frm another source and would like to personalize this charts for myself.

Attached is the image.

It is opened with Multicharts but however, when i spoke to the multicharts support, they mentioned that it is impossible to customize it to this extent while using multicharts platform

Can't believe they can't tell you what's on chart ?

Looks like 2 TFs ...left is similar to main chart....right is lower TF

Some kind of RSI involved or stochastic ??.....I see bands top and bottom....3 lines indicate perhaps fast, slow and average.....or something....

Sorry only got small I pad screen while on holiday to see charts
