Having identified a stock that meets my selection criteria, e.g. PE between x and y., ROCE at z%, etc. I would check a few price charts to determine the timing of my trade. However, in that time current criteria may change (due to price movement, risk assesment,...). Should I still go for the stock, i.e. what do you suggest in terms of tolerance levels?
