Spread Betting and CFDs Legal in the US

I have heard mixed rumours that CFDs and or Spread bets are to be made legal in the US. Something about a change in the gambling laws. Has anyone heard anything. Thanks

Not likely to happen. There's interest in making online sports betting legal but it's also not likely to happen real soon. Finally, there's a push from certain states like NJ to allow online casino gambling to be run by brick and mortar casino businesses only. This has the best chance of seeing the light of day within a reasonable time but IMO I wouldn't count on it.
