Anyone know a good website (preferably free as I understand this data is freely available) the collates short interest info across Stocks, Indices and FX Futures?

Nasdaq website good for single stock names, looking for a more complete solution

yeah i found that with a quick google but doesnt seem to have index or fx..

plus its a pay service

There is no such thing as short interest for futures. By definition, there's a short on the other side of each long. Maybe you can use the index and currency ETFs as proxies, though.

indeed but i was looking for a break down by invester..

i.e. Everyone Hates The Euro - EUR Shorts Hit New Record High | ZeroHedge

I understand the exchange publishes it, but has a fair lag..

Sounds like you're talkng about Commitment of Traders data which is indeed published on a lag (end of Friday based on Tuesday's data, I believe).

For cryin out loud, spend the damn money and subscribe to the DSI (2K+++).
