Probable head and shoulder or cup and handle patterns are observed on weekly chart although not matching theoretical parameters like conspicuously placed low of handle or right shoulder.But the possibilities of some sort of probable breakout of consolidation can be explored.I am not authority of patterns analysis(or TA)so possibilities of flaws must be rechecked by some expert.dollar index has pulled back from a imp support but marginal gap down on open/close basis on hourly chart has not been filled decisively.

Depends what you want to trade, Dollar rich assets bounced off this resistance zone in the past.
