Meaning of the Term - Being completely FLAT

What does the term "Being completely FLAT" mean ?

For me asking one's broker to be completely "Flat" means being out of the market completely i.e no open orders and no working orders.

I would like to see what other traders think the terminology means.

Yes, but women with smaller breasts invariably are much more sensitive in that area and therefore more easily aroused.
