How's a multinic supposed to sign out and then back in again using his other 15 usernames with that kin great 'rigged' poll at the top of the page?
1) After you have signed in and voted, close your browser and delete 'cookies' then sign in again
OR
2) Sign in with your browser in 'Private' mode and then vote then close the browser down and sign in again in 'Private' mode.
Can you please pass this information on to all your other nics, saves me typing it up again.

Hoi ! Then since only 20 people are likely to vote before the deadline then you've got a 75% chance of winning the prize - is that what you mean by "rigged" ? You're the one doing the rigging !
