Trading platform question

Hi

Does anyone know of a good platform which has the following features:
1. level 2
2. Time and sales
3. Custom ticker ( i can pick stocks to go in)
4. sectors

The above features are all I need. Most of the price feeds/trading platforms I'm looking at seem obsessed with charts and loads of tech analysis tools. I don't want or need any of that stuff. Just the 4 points I've listed above. Any ideas???
