Hi buds, just wonder if you guys know any sources to check validity of M&A cases. Basically, my friend told me about this US insurance company that would be partially acquired/invested in by a England based fund. Try to search Internet but no solid thing so far. I do not subscribe to proprietary databases so cannot check for it. You guys know any idea?
