These people stole 107k dollars from trying to purchese my SK Resources , The promised all sorts of payouts and I got nothing , they made me post a bond and I got nothing , Please post here if this company has called you and asked you for money as I am trying to shut them down!

On their website, they go by the name of "SVL Asset Management". Yet, when you google their address, they go by the name of "LSV Asset Management".

Do you mean that took $107,000 in advance fees to sell shares you already owned or to buy SK Resources shares for you. My guess is that SK Resources are worthless, the name rings a bell but I cant actually find anything at the minute.

As for SVL Asset Management it seems they have been operating the standard advance fee fraud, they are probably linked to the people that sold you the shares in the first place. You should contact Operation Archway at City of London Police and report it to them.

Their website was created on 2nd May this year, about 6 weeks ago.

I have received a request to sell my SK Resources shares from SVL, but they don't want any money up front, and don't want the share certificates until after settlement. Seems pretty
straight forward yet I have never been sure whether the SK resource deal was part of a scam
or the 3 different people contacting me over 6 months to purchase shares, all wanting something upfront, were trying to scam on Legit shares.

You are probley the guy that took my money, I have reported your company to the FSA and all the others, SVL is not registered in any state in the USA and your website was put up a month go! Go! I wish I knew who you really were I would call your mother and steal her money and see how you like to you scum bag!

If you're talking to me topstock77, then you should read the posting properly. I am just a person who bought some SK resources shares a few years ago and have been hasselled by all sorts of people who seem to be pretending to be Management agents who want more money from me in order to sell my shares.
I'm not a company. Just a private person who bought the wrong shares, I think!!

Sadly you HAVE been scammed and bought worthless shares and EVERYONE and EVERYBODY that calls you in the future WILL BE A SCAMMER with the sole aim of lying to you in order to steal more money. No exceptions, repeat NO EXCEPTIONS.

Vlad, I'd really watch it if I were you as 100% you're talking to scammers. Sure, they might not want something upfront but they're still running some scam on you that WILL require you pay money at some stage.

Vladko, I am sadly in the same boat having bought some SKResources shares from Cantwell International (remember them?) several years ago. I regretted it pretty quickly and was quite convinced that SK Resources doesn't even exist - on investigation their website had only just been set up, one of the directors appears aganst other scams etc.
As hope springe eternal it has been intersting over the years having one after another scammer try to get some kind of up front fee before buying the shares. I couldn't work out where SVL were coming from with the simple sales agreement, money first, share certificate after. But then amazingly I find out there are warrants at 5:1 associated with the shares that I never knew about.
(Told by a nice man at IBG - see PBoyle post on first page) Guess what - I'd need to exercise these in order for them to buy the shares - good news eh, exercise warrants at $1.15 and then sell at $10.
Sadly anley advise above is oh so true, it is almost getting to be fun looking for the sting from these guys but poor compensation from the original scam I walked into.

Perhaps we should form a SKResources veterans club - but sure there are many thousands more out there.

we have have been approached by a company called ids.ir who have found a buyer for sk resource shares.
We are to use meridion asset management as our broker
And our money will be transferred into a Escrow Account with liberalvault.
As anyone had any dealing with any of these company's
