Is a reverse cup and handle pattern typically bearish?

By reverse I mean handle on the left, cup on the right, and still right side up (not inverted/upside down).
 
i don't know but

in my opinion chart patterns aren't bearish or bullish in isolation, i usually wait for a breakout of the pattern and trade that direction

of course there is evidence i'm wrong as people have tested different patterns and found they can indeed be bearish or bullish in isolation

Yep there is no golden pattern, but some will be right at least 9 times out of 10, well 6 times out of 10 maybe, but even at 60% you can still get some nice gains.
