Silly Observation

Of all the new posters that have introduced themselves in the "Introduce yourself" thread this past week (4/18 to 4/25) about 50% of them have vendor status. One week isn't much of a sample but I was wondering if this is the trend?

I don't think many regular users will bother with introducing themselves (I never do on any forum), whereas it is obviously more of a benefit to vendors to do so?
 
I might pop in there and say hello back to each and every one of them. Like a welcoming committee of sorts.

Good point. Like I said, it was a silly observation. A very quick scroll through the thread though and it doesn't appear to have been this way. Eyeballing it up there seems to be about 3-4 per 40 posts

Welcome them by showing them one of your 10 methods that works, but only 1 mind you, you're giving it away for free out of love for trading.
