I wanted to find out if anyone can help with a particular Debt Instrument. I have been asked to find a buyer for a particular security I am not authorised to trade. I have made the seller aware of this but they still insist as they are a close friend.
Anyway the security in question:
INSTRUMENT: SENIOR BANK DEBENTURE INSTRUMENT
TYPE: JPMCC 2007-CB19X CM0
ISSUER:JP MORGAN CHASE
ISIN: US46630VAG77
CUSIP:46630VAG7
RATING S/P-MDS AAA/AAA
For the people that trade this particular instrument you will obviously know that this is a Commercial Mortgage Backed Security with a maturity date spanning 10 years if I'm not mistaken. I am aware that valuing something like this is not an easy task as there are so many variables at play before one can come up with a price.
Does anyone have access to the latest bid/ask for CMBS's (Come on Bloomberg Guys/Gals)? If so would it be possible to get the current bid for this bid/ask for this instrument?
If anyone is familiar with trading these instruments could they tell me how difficult it will be to get a buyer for this?
