didn't they used to have a window's tax, in that the more windows a property had, the higher tax you had to pay ....... just a thought

Oh wait, you mean because of the tax? Yeah, that would put a downer on it.
As for the budget, I do have a more highbrow take on it.
All governments are c*nts and this one is no different. They can take their budget and stick up their f*cking ar$es.

Wouldn't be good to live here then....
With all those lights on, I would be more worried about my electric bill than my window tax :cheesy:
