Hello lovely helpful T2W friends! I was wondering if you could help me... Does anybody know of/have an indicator that allows you to draw two horizontal lines (between where your entry and stop loss will be) and it then works out how many lots you should trade based on a certain % of account? Preferably for Metatrader 4 or 5. Thank you please!!!

Sam.

I think over at FF they probably have a script or similar to automatically do it with your order, personally I just keep excel open.

Hmm.... There must be somebody here with such a thing?! Surely not everyone does it on excel or one of those lot calculators? So yeah... BUMP!!!

What about writing one yourself? Another string to your bow?

I wouldn't have a clue how to write an indicator... It would take me years to do that! Instead I settled for a few hours googling and found one. I found this on the forex-tsd forum and it was created by the user 'leeb' who kindly allowed me to share it here. It basically has 3 adjustable horizontal lines - entry, stop, and tp. You can adjust them accordingly and it will tell you how many lots to trade and give you all sorts of other info. Load it as an expert advisor. Dunno if that makes sense as I'm rat arsed x

Its not so hard. I use e-signal and figured out their EFS language from scratch relatively quickly. You'd be surprised.

Each to their own i guess. Well done on the find. (y)
