So I then decided to call these good Samaritans to see just how they could benefit me

When I asked about withdrawal of credit that they add onto your account.. apparently you can't

I then asked .... what happens if you blow the initial amount you put in?

well .... the kind gentleman at the other end said that they would have to withdraw the credit under such circumstances ..... but hey .... you can trade with more money!!!
So I guess everyone bar the punter is a winner in this instance!!

yeah ..... its a fancy shmancy way of saying we give you more leverage sucker to hang yourself with!

but if you make money off of the remaining $200 can you withdraw that? Will they leave the $200 credit if you wipe out your initial?

No ... the guy told me once you get rid of your initial capital the credit is withdrawn ..... I gather that they would not allow you to trade off a balance of zero

i lowered my leverage on alpari to 25 to 1, so this doesnt help me at all. I guess i could open two accounts. go short on one and long on the other.

I signed up for this deal and it took me 2 seconds to realise that all I'm getting is double the leverage. Currently on 1:500 so on each trade it jumps to 1:1000. Well, I think this would be the easiest way to blow up my account!!

I can only qualify for their other deal where I can get real money, i think up to 5K if I trade at least 200 lots, yes 200, before the end of January :-0

it seems a diabolik deal with Alpari...
