The same with the yen when japan does their qe, it seems strange to me that us dollar want to inflate like a zim dollar but some others in the same situation do the opposite. I am not a real currency trader yet so i ask here just to get a better understanding of what goes on in the currency world.

Or does it only appear to loose value cause the other ones at the same time happen to loose more value?

lose.

Short answer: because it gives confidence to people.

Why, I am not sure.

Shows the bank is doing something?

They haven't said they are doing QE. All they're doing is buying more dodgy PIGS bonds. It's not the same thing. Also, it's a statement of intent.

I was watching a documentary about the recessions and made by a famous economist he was saying that the fall of dollar and the recession was all pre planned and dollar will still go more down and America will become more and more destabilize as the time will pass and their will be a time when all the paper money just become an ordinary piece of paper and electronic money will replace paper money and he said this is all done by secret societies. It was bit scary documentary idk if it was right or wrong

The ECB isn't doing QE, as they're currently sterilizing their bond purchases (the sov bond purchases, that is; they have a small unsterilized covered bond program, but that's not significant).

And there's all sorts of coconuts coming out with all sorts of bizarre theories. Personally, I think it's the aliens and their terrestrial representative, Britney Spears.

please explain what you mean by "sterilizing" a bond purchase?
