I don't know any personally but if you go to freelancer.com you can post up your project and programmers will bid on it. They have a metatrader section and tradestation one too I think. You can choose your bid based on the price and also the programmer's reviews and skills. Some are based in countries like Indonesia so are very cheap. I recommend one with the username 'AndukoChandra'. Good luck,
