commodity trading- training

Hi,

I am just interning at a i-bank in commodities trading and did also 2 internships in energy trading at utilities. I would like to start working in commodities trading after having finished my master degree.

As I am just at the beginning of my career, the training aspect of a graduate position is very important to me.
Is there any commodities firm/ bank which is very well known for its training program?

Moreover, would you recommend starting at a bank first and then moving to Glencore and the likes or is it better to start at Glencore straight after graduation (though you can't start in trading, i.e. you have to rotate through risk management, technology and operations first before you are able to move into trading)?
Thks,
klyzien
