Expiry dates
This is ridiculous! Can someone please point me towards a web page listing the main futures expiry dates? I'm sure I am going mad but I just can't seem to find one.

I am sure there are lot of places. Here is one I use:

Training literature vendor (e.g courses / spreadbetting guides / eBooks) Rhody Trader's Trading Profile
Go to the website of the exchange(s) for the contract(s) you're looking for. They all have contract specs and many have calendars. Most brokers have some kind of calendar as well.
