Hi All,

I want to introduce a very simple way of trading using a method called Camarilla Trading.

To trade using this method, you need to caluclate some levels.

Levels are calculated using the previous day high, low and close at

http://camarillatrading.110mb.com
or
http://pivottrading.110mb.com/pivot/pivot/camarillaPivot.html

Now, how to initiate trade.
Here are the steps

See the opening price for stock, futures.
There are four scenarios:
Scenario 1
Open price is between H3 and L3
For Long
Wait for the price to go below L3 and then when it moves back above L3, buy. Stoploss will be when price moves below L4. Target1 - H1, Target2 - H2, Target3 - H3
For Short Sell
Wait for the price to go above H3 and then when the price moves back below H3, sell. Stoploss will be when price moves above H4. Target1 - L1, Target2 - L2, Target3- L3

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Scenario 2
Open price is between H3 and H4
For Long
When price moves above H4, buy. Stoploss when price goes below H3. Target - 0.5% to 1%
For Short Sell
When the price goes below H3, sell. Stopless when prices moves above H4. Target1 - L1, Target2 - L2, Target3- L3

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Scenario 3
Open price is between L3 and L4
For Long
When price moves above L3, buy. Stoploss when price moves below L4. Target1 - H1, Target2 - H2, Target3 - H3
For Short Sell
When the price goes below L4, sell. Stoploss when price moves above L3. Target - 0.5% to 1%

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Scenario 4
Open price is outside the H4 and L4
Wait for the prices to come in range and trade accordingly.

I will track Nifty Futures daily using this method.
You can read them here or on http://pivottrading.110mb.com/dailyReport/profitReport.php

profit for 1st sept 2009

Nifty Futures Profit for 1st Sept 2009

Nifty Futures opened at 4691.00.

This is outside the range.

So we wait for the range.

Soon price come in range H3 - H4.

We sell below H3 and buy above H4.

Buy triggered at H4(4716).

0.5% Target = 4739.58(achieved).

Now we keep 1% target with trailing stoploss of 0.5%.

Future reversed from 4746.90.

So during reverse journey our stoploss hit.

Profit = 4739 - 4716 = 23 points.

Now sell triggered at L3(4695).

Our next targets are L2, L1, H1, .....

All targets achieved in till L4(4631).

once 4631 is achieved we keep 0.5% Target.

0.5% Target = 4607.845 (achieved).

Futures made a low of 4596.10 and reversed.

So our stoploss at 0.5% get hit.

This time we make good profit.

4695 - 4607 = 88 points.

Total Profit = 23 + 88 = 111 points.

Profit of 5000+ with one lot of Nifty

well at least you now have somewhere to point noobs wanting to learn how you trade, your journal is kinda long and wasn't exactly written with instructions for others on the agenda:-0

2nd September 2009

Nifty Futures Profit for 2nd Septemeber 2009.

Nifty Futures opened at 4585.10 and within few seconds fall till 4571.15.

Now this is range L3(4582) - L4(4540).

So we buy above L3 and sell below L4.

Only very active traders were able to buy at L3. because market gave very less time to buy at this price.

So we buy at 4582.

Our next targets are L2, L1, H1, .....

All our targets are achieved till H1(4637).

Price went high till 4643 but reversed from there.

So our trailing stoploss gets hit at H1.

So profit = 4637 - 4582 = 55 points.

No other trade triggered during the day.

Profit of 2500+ with one lot of Nifty.

because looking at a chart with horizontal lines marked "BUY HERE" "SELL HERE" is so difficult

3rd September 2009

Nifty Futures opened at 4639. This is between H3 and H4.

But in few minutes price went till 4642 and reversed.

We should short sell below H3 and buy above H4.

We sell at 4639.

Our targets are H2,H1,......

All targets till L3(4590) were ahcieved.

Now we keep the target of L4 and trailing stoploss of L3.

Nifty Futures just reversed from 4589.

So lets say we get chance to square up at L2(4598).

So our profit = 4639 - 4598 = 41 points.

Again we have buy placed at L3.

So we enter long at L2(as we didn't get chance to enter at L3 because it just hit 4589 and reversed).

So we buy at 4598.

Our targets are L1,H1,H2,......

All our targets till H3(4639) are achieved. Nifty futures again reversed from 4645.

So this time again we book profit at H3(4639).

So our profit = 4639 - 4598 = 41 points.

Again we enter sell at H3(4639).

Again we book profit at L3(4590).

So our profit = 4639 - 4590 = 49 points.

Total profit = 41 + 41 + 49 = 131 points.

So profit of 6000+ with one lot of Nifty

may as well learn something in this thread,

wht the hell is a nifty??

never heard of a that phrase before so i googled it.

'wobble-head futures'
:LOL::LOL::LOL:

they shake their head when they mean "yes"

or when they don;t understand

or when put under pressure for an answer by their exasperated european manager

or for any other reason, except of course when they mean "no"

hence "wobble-heads"
