Pretty much any broker that supports options trading will have a demo or paper trading account.

If you are looking for a broker to trade options, then do not use Trade King, Options House, Options Express TD Ameritrade, E*Trade, Scott Trade, Charles Schwab or Fidelity. They will charge you through the nose.
