Some good books on volatility trading are:

volatility trading by euan sinclair
option trading by euan sinclair
option volatility and pricing by sheldon natenberg

WARNING: all three of these books assume you have a basic knowledge of options...

Add to that list 'Options Trading: The Hidden Reality' by Charles Cottle
and maybe 'Options Market Making' by Baird, an oldie but a goodie.

For pricing options, try : Options, Futures, and Other Derivatives by John Hull.
Not for those who are not mathematically inclined.
