Some brokers give an oportunity to buy a stock and write a covered call in one go "buy-write". Since I've not traded any real money yet I would like to know the opinion of experienced trader if it is quicker to do buy-write than buying stock first and then selling a covered call as two separate actions. How quick is a fill on buy-write?
