EPIC Thread - The End

Occupation: Unknown. LOL

Ah well. It had to come to an end sooner or later.

I'd like to see a sequel where he goes mad and comes after you all...
Would make for a good channel 5 matinee.

A broken Les Dennis as Wasp.
Rita Simons as Elitejets.
Lee Ross as Arabianights. Thats how I've always pictured him.

Where's the thread that this relates to? I remember seeing something but can't find it now.

Here's one:

It is all rather sad really, for his victims and for him, still dunno if he really wanted to pull a Maddoff from the outset, or if the pressure of handling other peoples money got him.

I mean with the small sums involved, it can't really have been intentional, can it ?

No idea.

I thought he was taking the **** to prove how gullible people could be, never knew it went this far!

Blimey, you can get discharged inside a year these days.... had no idea it could be that quick. Back in the day you'd have to have countless meetings and have a practioner type bloke on yer back for years... Anyone fancy lending me a couple of mil? :D

Yes and it has been the favoured option for many students.

I also know of one guy local to me who was made bankrupt in around 2001 for not paying builders for work they had done and one got fed up and chased him to bankruptcy. He had a real "Silver Tongue" and after being discharged started doing the same again as previously. He has recently been made bankrupt for the second time and in this case owed over £2 million and mostly to banks. After a year he will be discharged and I have no doubt will start all over again, the only difference being that this time the banks wont touch him.
