Virus - 'Security tool' on Vista - help plz

HEEEEEEELP

any experts out there, yes ive googled it, but cant get much sense, i cant even open my task manager or the regedit, the virus wont let me, luckily i have a spare laptop

Try and open your pc on start up in safe mode. Its f2 or f3 but goole it to be sure and then
run your antivirus. When done download avg antivirsus which is free. Ive been using it for
3 or 4 years with not 1 problem ever.

Download advanced system care as well which is free and it frees up and speeds up the
pc as well.

Norton 360 is crap and slows your pc down too much.

Ive attached a pdf from the internet to see if this helps.

Try and disable norton in normal mode as i had a similar problem with Norton. Try also to
down load the avg in normal mode and use this in safe mode as this will run, or it should do.

the avg scan worked and loaded, but the virus is still there.... reading on google, you need to go into docs and settings and delete stuff, also in the reglist and remove exe. ??

Have a look on here as they have so much free stuff to correct any problems.

This site is safe an you dont have to worry about any viruses or malware.

I use Advanced System Care and CC Cleaner which work a treat.

Hey Karl!
I had exactly the same problem a while back and I was able to restore my PC to a previous date and everything was back to normal. Hope this helps??

Hey folks thanks for your time, i think i will have to go in through the back door, and put a download on my stick on my laptop, and load it in, ill keep ya posted

this virus wont let me open anything !!!!, i have a spare laptop, but its a macbook pro, i will need to go to a friend and download some stuff i got from 'bleeping computer dot com'

Yippee - at last back up and running again. my laptop is a macbook, so i to visit a buddy, and downloaded downloads and instructions from

bleepingcomputer dot com

free and very helpful
