We're all doin' it wrong folks.
All we have to do to make a few bob is to find someone who wants to borrow some money - but can't 'coz the banks won't lend any - and then agree on an interest rate of 14%. Hold on a minute you say, no one in their right mind will agree to an interest rate that high in the current market surely? Oh yes they will . . .
