Web based trading platform

Urgently seeking a web based ( silverlight or flex) web based trading plaform complete with data feeds in which my customers can log in to trade.

I am looking to work with developers or companies who have a ready product. We still need to do modifications to suit about target customers.

Willing to buy source codes too.

Pls do not offer to build the system from scratch as this will takes too much time.
