Yes, I agree, except if it was on one side of A4, the reader will likely think, "Yeah, sounds fair enough." and then proceed like they hadn't read it. Hopefully, by the time they've read the book, the message is drummed into their head! As to the message, you'll have to buy the book if you don't know.

A bit of judicious googling should point you in the direction of a free downloadable pdf of the book + a 2 (?) page summary of it's saliant points.

There's a full pdf of the book on the interwebby 'somewhere', would post a link only it could be construed as file sharing and Lord Mandy's pvc clad piracy gestapo might come knocking...
Ref. the book it's a top read IMO but like so many of these educashun tools (and so many other things in life) you tend to forget a lot of it/not take it all in...
I did find it quite uplifting and quite re-enforcing, recall reading it, feeling charged but then quickly sinking back into old habits..
