I can't believe NASA are going to 'bomb' the moon this morning. Madness.

it's when the moon leaves its orbit and crashes into brisbane that you'll be annoyed. So will I... briefly.

Of all the horrible things that fate may have in store for me, being hit by the moon is probably the least likely.

I suddenly thought of Lex Luthor buying up all the soon to be beachfront properties in Nevada...

I feel sorry for the idiots that bought pieces of the moon and some even
bought stars. Now NASA starts blowing them up. Just wait for the lawsuits
to start.

The world has gone to the dogs if you can't even crash some stuff into a rock that nobody owns or lives on. If you can't od that, what can you destroy these days.

"A Pentagon spokesman said the operation to 'bomb' the moon was justified as intelligence had come to light that it was responsible for tides all over the world and was therefore a threat to World Peace. He continued to say that a nuclear strike package was currently being put together to deal with the problem permanently. When asked about fall out, he responded that there was not going to be a rise in background radiation levels on earth. When further questioned about debris he said it would light up the night sky like July 4th.
When further asked if President Obama had authorised the imminent nuclear strike he said there was further humint that Sadman Insane had built a base on the dark side of the moon to hide his missiles from observation and President Obama's strike decision was the reason he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize today" - Reuters
