What do they know?

Well, it's only Wednesday and I've already received about ten offers by email for supplies of certain bodypart-enhancement drugs. What I'd like to know is:

1. Can they tell from cookies on your PC the size of your mouse, desk and other essential kit?
2. Do the girls get this treatment? - I assume they do because I occasionally get offers of pills to enlarge parts that I don't have!
3. Do they target those in need or is it just a shotgun approach - do all you hard-drinking virile young blades out there receive these offers also?

It certainly makes a change from promises of untold wealth from Bongo-bongo land
