I suppose it depends on who's in the costume.
 
I think we need to get more specific before delving deeper into this moral quandry...

Your sentence structure leaves open the possibility for interpretation.

I mean, are we talking about a person-in-a-pig-costume doing a cartwheel?...

or...

are we talking about a person doing a cartwheel in a pig costume... that's where things get a liiiiiiiiiiiittle trickier...

is it wrong to steal a loaf of bread to feed your starving family?
what if your family didn't like bread, but liked pig costumes
and instead of stealing it from someone, you just made them cartwheel in it
and instead of family, it was just you
