Nick, the Market Matrix is copyright Steve Copan and any attempt to acquire or receive this material from pirate sources is illegal. From a purely moral perspective, it also deprives the author/producer of their rightful income for their efforts and whether you believe in Karma or not, it’ll come back and bite you on your ass!
Quite apart from the fact I personally like Steve, you, as a presumably satisfied user of one of his products, would not want to pay the guy back by ripping him off by effectively stealing his book! I’m sure you had no such intention, Nick, and were merely interested, but there are those who will more than happily take others’ copyrighted efforts for free and use them for their own personal gain. It does go on.
I deleted the copy I received from a well intentioned fellow trader immediately upon receipt and explained to him my views on this practise. I will not, for the reasons above, provide any further info which would go toward abetting or promoting illegal activities of this kind.
This site takes a strong view on piracy and copyright breach and quite rightly too in my view.
