well you can always hope for spontaneous remission, that does happen.
But in general, this is all a pile of ****... usually 'alternative' treatment means treatment that doesn't work. Otherwise it wouldn't be alternative...
I'm sure there's a more plausible explanation. How about ****ty, like most actresses, is nothing but a publicity whore - anything to get their names in the media in a more favourable light.
She could have prayed in private without getting her publicist to send out a press release.......

Could have happened to a nicer person.
However no-one deserves what she's gone through and it's her children who I feel sorry for. I personally have no problem with her exploiting the media for what is obviously not for her own benefit. The fact that we are discussing her here shows that it has sparked an interest in many of us and makes us appreciate how lucky we are to enjoy good health.

yes u r right - many do it for publicity, and yes sickening that Jade is on headlines all thetime, but i guess when she is going, at least we can leave her in peace so that she dies in peace.
not that I would follow everything about her, but like all human beings, i would pray that they find peace.

I do not want to cause offence but what I can not understand is why MPs give their sympaty or why the PM leads tributes. What is wrong with these people, there is a financial crisis, jobless rate going up, world hunger, global warming, rearming Russia, war in Iraq, Iran, N. Korea, quantative easing, new telescopes in space, alien encounters, premier league title race and a bunch of other things which deserve more news worthy time.
The news is full of sadness as it is and to see someone rise to fame from nothing to watch them die for the soul purpose of gossip, money and publicity is truely sad.

I have no issue with Jade.
She went public with her death to make money for her children. I think it was a very brave thing to do and I have a lot of respect for her in doing it. There are a lot of haters out there but at the end of the day, she did it for her children and quite frankly - that's all that matters.
As for the PM jumping on the bandwagon - Jade was in the public eye and she was the centre of attention for a lot of English people for a while. You can't expect a politician to not try to attempt to rub a bit of that attention off on himself. He's a politician - he can't help it.
