What's wrong with this country? If it snows it shuts down. If it rains it shuts down. If it's too cold it shuts down. If it's too hot it shuts down. Countries like Sweden, Iceland and Canada must be absolutely pissssing themselves with laughter. In 1963 when I was a tiny tot, a few flakes of the stuff were blown up against our back door, but that didn't stop my parents from making sure that I got to my nursery school on time. And that was in Surrey. Fast forward 46 years and they close every single school in the entire county. Pathetic!
