This is a brand new area for me that i would love to get into. I have one apartment in one of Sweden's top vacation areas and one apartment in a major city that i am thinking about buying.

I was now wondering what book i should read so that i do not fall into any traps since im new to this game, would be nice with books that are not 100% specify for the American market.

Thanks for any tipps.

You know how property investment works, right? You buy cheap, sell high. What's the rate of change of price in the area you mentioned? You don't know?

Frankly, now is the worst time to invest in property unless you really are a property guru. Many so-called property developers (read people with second homes who thought they were handy with a hammer) are up to their eyeballs in debt and are ****ting themselves. The real property developers are still making money.

No i have no insight in to the property world that is why i need some books to guide to me to asking the correct questions :)

Yeah, I realise. Dangerous time for the novice. Most books on property development would have been written pre-2008 when you could buy any dodgy property in the worst end of town, take a dump in the middle of each room and sell the house for 25% more than you paid for it.

try to search on google or try out these resources
propertyinvesting.net/catalog/index.htm
investmentpropertybooks.com/
propertyinvestmentcourses.com.au/

I do not mean to be rude.
I don't think anyone should be investing in property if they need to read a book on it.

Property is something you know and feel comfortable with (through your own experience) or you do not. It is long term and you are either all in or all out, not like trading which is very liquid.
Kind Regards and good luck
