I'd like to let you know that I am offering historical values of built-in indicators for Metatrader4 in Excel(csv) format.
I am currently adding brokers to my list so Please pm or email me to inquire if I have your favorite indicator's value of your preferred broker.

p.s. I know you can pick them free from your platform, but if you have done that regularly (and do not want to do it anymore) You might have already asked yourself "Shouldn't I be using my time more efficiently, for example tinkering my trading strategy?" Believe me I've been there - it is cumbersome!
