Why waste time trading?

I have the book and it is not as easy now as it may have been when he started out. Also, in my view, the book has about 10 pages that are of any use, the rest is padding and advising of ridiculous things like PMA etc none of which is relevant to what the book is supposed to be about.

Thanks for info. (I've long thought that even the most rubbish writings sometimes contain a few pearls even if by accident!). There's no doubting that those who know what they're doing can make money out of the property market and presumably it's a bit like trading - you can have a good plan / method but in the wrong hands it can all go wrong.

As you say, it can't be as easy now as it was - though presumably some attractive situations will be presenting themselves. Again, I suspect this will be the domain of those who know what they're doing.

I was just very surprised to see this advertising which seems to be aimed at amateurs - who as far as I can tell, have all been frightened away. I suppose he wouldn't advertise if he was wasting his time - get rich schemes always attract someone.

Be wary of those sites that feature heavy heavy direct style marketing. You know, the big bold headline, the copy that goes on and on and on without ever telling you anything of real value, the Bonus 1 worth £99, Bonus 2 worth £175, Bonus 3 worth £150 that's £424 for FREE! 100% money back guarantee, all those 'perfect' testimonials from Peter H from Bournmouth and Jan W from south London etc etc.

Doesn't really matter what they're all selling the sites all follow the same forumula.

Not saying that all those sites are suspect but the probabilities suggest that the seller of the material does a hell of a lot better than the buyer........

Having said that, give the guy a touch of credit, at least he's not selling courses at £3,000+ :)

Ive contacted Andy in the past..in fact he lives near me ......

sorry not my bag .....

Property is the vehicle for many a get rich slow scheme ......and always will be in any market conditions

Dont you realise we are now in a period where the pickings are rich.... and never has there been a better time to start your property empire ?

hahahahahha

Yeah - the question with all of these people is "if what they're offering is so great, why is their primary business selling 'how to do this' books and courses?"

That said, I wish someone would make a 300 page book from the good ten pages of all these things.

I know a man who became a property millionaire after going to a course run by one of these people. He continues to pay monthly subscription of about 300 too.
