Higher-Res YouTube Videos

Not sure I can see it in these. Will have to experiment.
 
It's vid dependent. If the vid was intended for youtube and uploaded at youtube's native resolution, expanding it will actually hurt the quality. I checked out a football video that had been scaled down and it was pretty easy to see an improvement. Also of note is when applying the fmt=18 option an extra link appears below the video that says "View in Standard Quality". YMMV.

I'm sure it will also depend on how much compression was applied when the video was created before uploading.
