Hi,

Trading's been a bit quiet lately so I've been thinking of more interesting things to do with my day. Last week I visited the Tate Modern, and now I'm trying to find something else to do next week. Could anyone suggest something interesting? I'm based near St Pauls.

Cheers,

Download Battlefield 2 demo. I use it to satiate my fun and excitement needs on the computer rather than trading when bored... :devilish:

The science and natural history museums at south ken are free as long as you dont mind screaming hordes of schoolkids. There's a museum of money at the bank of England - but never been in it. Then theres the dungeon at London Bridge and a WW2 museum there. At Waterloo theres the museum of TV and the iMAX cinema. You could take a trip round the eye.

How far away is Soho from St Pauls?

pROBABLY too far. I can probably take 2-3 hours away from the desk before someone notices.

On an unrelated note, I've finally been given a head count for a PA. The only constraints are that she must be hot, and can't have a formal contract, otherwise we'd get sued. Does anyone have any tips on where I should look? I was thinking a work placement student might be fun.

Unfortunately, if I have a flat market, I am inclined to flip through T2W posts and, maybe, add something daft. Idle posting is a symptom of boredom. Mustn't mention anything to Mrs Split, though. She has plenty of solutions for boredom!

Try poker - especially head to head if one has the mental energy or the more relaxing bigger tables -
For outside activity a quick spin on a motorbike is exhilirating
Couch potatoes always have good ole telly
