Share Office Space Near Colchester

I am looking into to possibility of renting a converted coach house near Colchester and subletting space to other traders.

If you are located within a driveable distance of Stratford St Mary (on A12 halfway between Ipswich & Colchester) and would be interested in sharing an open plan space with 5 other traders let me know.

I would provide the building, heating, lighting, insurance, broadband and desks. You would provide your own PC.

Costs would be approx £300 per month per trader.

We would all trade our own accounts but hope to benefit from sharing ideas, chat etc.

I have never understood the need to do this

why wound you want to pay £300 per month to do this
when you can trade from the office at home for nothing
and when you have finish for the day you just go down stairs and have dinner ,
and after dinner , log on for the last few hours before the close

no rent costs
no travel costs
only down side is no one to talk to, only on the b/b
but I can live with that

Its a personal choice obviously but the benefits for me are;

No noisy children around to distracvt me (ask Jacinto how often he has dropped £300 due to this)

No Mrs around to ask "Can you just..........."

Having other traders to bounce ideas off

Social interaction

Being able to leave work at the office and go home and forget about it.

1) I already bought a cage :cheesy:

2) I send her to work every morning unfortunately sometimes she works from home

3) definitely cant be substituted

4) got to give you a lot of credit on this one

Sorry if a reply to this excites you - but I'm not Trader 1 of 5. Sorry.

I was just posting to say that that I would be interested if:

1) I lived anywhere near
2) I owned a car
3) I was profitable enough to justify it

I miss the social interaction in an office, and as far as trading discipline goes I think it would be improved in an office setting. The social interaction would be nice.

Also, it would be great to leave work at work.

Your offering looks great. If my own circumstances were different I'd definitely be up for using it.

I have a decent sized office in a good location in Colchester with loads of parking. One desk is free 90% of the time and has a dual screen Windows 8 machine.
